Hepatitis is a viral disease that comes in several forms, A-E. According to the CDC, more than one million people die every year from hepatitis. This is most often due to liver damage. World Hepatitis Day is aimed at raising awareness on this burdensome disease, to advocate immunization, testing and most importantly, saving lives.
